Position Overview:

As a Line Cook at MILDRED’S Temple Kitchen, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen team. You'll be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to perfection, ensuring consistency and adherence to our high culinary standards. If you have a passion for food and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Ensure all food products are fresh and of the highest quality.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe kitchen environment.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients.




- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
