Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for technology sales, and the ability to handle cash transactions efficiently.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer understanding and drive sales.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing the cash register.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers over the phone.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.




- Stay updated on technology trends to better assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

Requirements

- Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere for shoppers.
- Proficiency in cash handling and cashiering procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual candidates (English and another language) are highly encouraged to apply.
- Ability to learn quickly about new products and technologies to effectively sell them.
- A positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
