Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Residential Construction Lead Hand to oversee and coordinate all aspects of residential building projects. The ideal candidate will possess robust leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction processes, and proficiency with industry-standard management tools. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities on residential sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless workflow
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets design specifications and building codes
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide onsite work
- Oversee site safety compliance and enforce safety regulations among all personnel
- This position will require some hands on work performing duties like building footings / decks / stairs / strapping basements etc.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
