Job Purpose

Assist the site crew in the successful delivery of projects, through maintaining a protected and clean jobsite.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for carrying out carpentry labor, material handling, and job site cleanup as assigned by the carpenter(s) on site

Strives to improve on carpentry skills and gain greater understanding of basic construction techniques
- Performs to the best of ability; follows directions well

Maintains a safe and clean job site

Participation in safety and production meetings

Requirements

High level of motivation

Clear, concise and respectful communication skills

Ability to read and write

Possess basic knowledge of carpentry and/or construction (preferred)

Provide basic tools and PPE as per supplied list

Work outdoors in all weather conditions

Neat, presentable appearance

Respectful onsite presence
-
Reliable vehicle, valid drivers license, good driving record

Ability to perform physically demanding work on a consistent basis
-
Perform a variety of construction tasks within a 44 hour work week
