Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our Bella Vita Cleaning Services team. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential settings, ensuring that each home is a welcoming and comfortable space for our clients. This role requires solid communication skills, time management abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

*Must be eligible to work in Canada & live locally*

*Must have Class 5 BC Drivers License*

*Must be available Monday to Friday*

Responsibilities

- Preparing and loading cleaning products and equipment into company vehicle
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for client use.
- Operating a company car to transport team members, materials and cleaning supplies to each home.
- Organize and declutter areas to enhance the overall appearance of the home.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences,




- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in all tasks performed.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in residential cleaning or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Clean police record and strong references
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure thorough cleaning.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Must be reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning techniques and standards.
- Ability to lift and carry 20lbs of equipment.
