Machine Operator – Woodstock, ON - $21-$25/hour

Our Canadian based client in Woodstock, ON is looking for mechanically inclined machine operators to join their growing team.

What is in it for you:

· Pay Rate - $21-$25/hr paid on a weekly basis

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, Manufacturing Associate, Press Operator, Roll Form Operator, CNC Operator, Brake Press Operator, or Production Worker in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.

· Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to safely set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and perform basic adjustments on production equipment while maintaining efficiency, quality, and productivity standards.

· Ability to read and interpret production schedules, work orders, blueprints, drawings, measuring tools, and quality specifications, ensuring products meet customer and company requirements.

· Experience using hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments (tape measures, calipers, micrometers), overhead cranes, forklifts, and material handling equipment is considered an asset. Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement principles is an advantage.





· Reliable team player with a strong commitment to workplace safety, quality control, attendance, and productivity, capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, performing repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working rotating shifts and overtime as required.
