Ghost Taco – Team Member (FOH & BOH Cross-Trained)

Ghost Taco is coming to Barrie – and we’re building an awesome team from the ground up!

We’re looking for energetic, reliable, and positive Team Members who want more than just a job. At Ghost Taco, you’ll be cross-trained in both Front of House and Back of House, learning every part of the operation with real opportunities to grow into supervisor and management roles as we expand.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Ghost Taco Team Member, you’ll be trained to confidently work in all areas of the restaurant, including:

Front of House

- Greeting guests and delivering friendly, high-energy service
- Taking orders in person and through online platforms
- Handling payments and loyalty program interactions
- Packaging takeout and delivery orders accurately
- Keeping the dining room clean, stocked, and welcoming

Back of House

- Preparing fresh ingredients and menu items
- Building tacos, bowls, and sides to brand standards
- Following recipes and food safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
- Working as part of a fast-moving, supportive team

Business & Team Success

- Understanding and helping drive key store KPIs
- Supporting targets for food cost and labour cost
- Encouraging guest engagement and loyalty program sign-ups
- Helping generate and maintain strong online reviews
- Taking pride in overall store performance and guest experience
- Communicating opportunities and ideas to leadership

Who You Are

- Positive,

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Willing to learn both FOH and BOH roles
- Interested in understanding the business side of restaurants
- Passionate about great food and great guest experiences
- Previous restaurant experience is a bonus – but not required!
