Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated, reliable Mold Remediation Specialist/Team Lead to oversee and execute mold removal projects with precision and professionalism. This role involves leading a team through all phases of mold remediation, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in cleaning, restoration, and the use of hand and power tools, with construction or restoration experience preferred. As a team lead, you will be responsible for coordinating efforts, maintaining high standards, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Lead mold remediation projects from start to finish, including assessment, containment, removal, and cleaning processes
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform demolition, cleaning, and restoration tasks effectively
- Apply knowledge of construction and restoration techniques to ensure thorough mold removal and prevent future issues
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and industry regulations
- Supervise and train team members on proper procedures and equipment use




- Perform detailed cleaning using specialized techniques to eliminate mold spores and prevent contamination
- Document project progress and communicate effectively with clients and management
- Maintain a protected work environment by adhering to safety protocols at all times

Experience

- Proven experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction fields with a focus on mold remediation preferred
- Candidates who also possess renovation experience preferred, and have more opportunity for advancement
- Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools for demolition, cleaning, and restoration tasks
- Knowledge of building practices and materials, moisture control, and environmental health standards is advantageous
- Previous leadership experience or ability to lead a team effectively is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality standards

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
