We are looking for a friendly, customer focused person to cover our reception on Saturday! You must be comfortable greeting customers and directing calls!

Responsibilities and Duties

- Answering telephone calls
- Screening and directing calls
- Taking and relaying messages
- Providing information to callers
- Greeting guests entering the organization
- Directing guests to the correct destination
- Dealing with queries from the public and customers
- Providing general administrative and clerical support
- Preparing correspondence and documents
- Controlling inventory relevant to the reception area
- Tidying and maintaining the reception area

The Saturday Receptionist will also work closely with the Marketing Department in the following areas:

- Updating and removing contacts from marketing communications
- Filming, editing, and posting social media content, including:
- Employee of the Month features
- Delivery photos and videos
- Last-minute dealership content and stories
- Assisting with event preparation and event media coverage
- Monitoring and assisting with Google Reviews
- Assisting with staff onboarding and off-boarding updates on the dealership website

Qualification and Skills:

- Minimum academic credentials: High School Diploma
- Reception experienced preferred but not required training will be provided




- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and display a friendly attitude
- Knowledge of a multi-line phone system is considered an asset
- Strong customer focus; positive, approachable, adaptable and flexible
- Professional personal presentation
