Landscape Sales Representative — Sales Experience Required

Earn CA$60,000–CA$110,000 per year based on performance

Are you confident approaching homeowners, starting conversations, and creating sales opportunities?

V.I.L. Landscaping is looking for a motivated Landscape Sales Representative to generate qualified leads and book appointments for our sales team.

Previous sales experience is required. Experience in landscaping, construction, or another skilled trade is a strong advantage because you’ll be speaking with homeowners about real outdoor projects.

What You’ll Do

- Speak with homeowners in targeted neighbourhoods
- Identify potential landscaping projects
- Generate qualified leads
- Book appointments for our sales representatives
- Represent V.I.L. Landscaping professionally
- Consistently meet weekly performance targets

You do not need to close the final sale. Your job is to open the conversation, qualify the opportunity, and book the appointment.

Compensation

First two weeks—training period:

- CA$17.60 per hour
- Commission opportunities
- Hands-on sales and appointment-setting training

After training:

- CA$60 for every qualified appointment
- 3% commission on closed projects generated from your leads

At target performance:

- 10 qualified appointments = CA$600
- Approximately CA$30,000 in closed projects = CA$900 commission




- Total potential earnings = approximately CA$1,500 per week

Strong performers can earn CA$2,000 or more per week during the busy season. Actual earnings depend on performance and closed sales.

Who We’re Looking For

- Previous sales experience is required
- Landscaping, construction, or skilled-trades experience is an advantage
- Confident speaking with homeowners face-to-face
- Competitive, motivated, and results-driven
- Able to handle rejection and stay consistent
- Available to work full-time and year-round
- Interested in advancing into closing, leadership, or management

This is an active, outdoor sales role. It is best suited for someone who is coachable, reliable, and serious about earning based on performance.
