Rangeland Truck & Crane is looking for qualified Heavy Haul Truck Drivers to support our expanding operations throughout Canada and the United States. We move some of the most challenging oversized and specialized loads in the industry, and we’re searching for drivers who take pride in doing the job safely, efficiently, and with a high level of skill.

Position Overview

As a Heavy Haul Driver with Rangeland, you’ll be responsible for transporting large, complex, and high‑value loads across long‑distance routes. Trips frequently include Fort McMurray, remote northern locations, and cross‑border deliveries into the U.S.

Core Duties

- Operate heavy‑haul units and winch trucks for OD/OS and specialized loads
- Follow all regulatory requirements under Transport Canada and U.S. DOT
- Manage load securement using proper rigging and safety equipment
- Complete all required inspections and basic mechanical checks
- Maintain accurate logs, customs paperwork, and trip documentation




- Coordinate with dispatch, customers, and site personnel to ensure smooth operations

Required Qualifications

- Valid Class 1 License
- Clean 3‑year commercial abstract (max 3 minor convictions, 0 major)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass all required drug and alcohol testing
- Familiarity with cross‑border procedures and customs documentation
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic issues
- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $31.00-$58.00 per hour
