We are representing a premier, high-traffic automotive dealership seeking a seasoned Senior Service Advisor to join their dynamic team. This is a confidential search for a driven professional who excels in customer relations, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to maximize their earning potential through a robust commission-based structure.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Experience Excellence: Greet customers promptly, listen attentively to their vehicle concerns, and translate technical issues into clear, understandable terms.
- Service Operations: Write comprehensive and accurate repair orders, manage workflow, and coordinate with the shop foreman and technicians to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Up-Selling & Advisory: Recommend factory-recommended maintenance and necessary repairs based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle inspections.
- Communication: Keep customers thoroughly informed regarding repair status, unexpected delays, and cost estimates.
- Warranty Administration: Accurately process warranty claims and adhere to OEM policies and procedures.
- Conflict Resolution:



Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally, turning challenges into long-term loyalty.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of recent experience as a Service Advisor within a high-volume, OEM automotive dealership setting.
- Technical Literacy: Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) such as Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK Global, or equivalent.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Driven & Goal-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs), CSI scores, and sales targets.
- Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record and a valid G-class driver's license.
