Our retirement home is seeking an energetic knowledgeable maintenance worker.
The individual must be trained in WHIMS and perform general contracting duties such as, replacement of taps, fix toilets, move furniture, paint, perform garden and minor landscaping duties, install small appliances such as air conditioners, clean carpets, spray wash windows and the outside of the building. The individual must have a valuable working knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems installed in the home.
The individual must be able to perform all of the above maintenance tasks and may be required to perform additional tasks and or new duties.
We require a current police check and vulnerable persons check.
The individual must possess a current and clear drivers license and abstract.
