Duties

As part of our team you will:

- greet each patient with a friendly and professional demeanor and convey the confidence, knowledge, and attention to detail that our patients have come to trust;
- conduct visual acuity testing;
- operate optical diagnostic equipment, including Visual Fields, OCT, and Fundus Photos;
- obtain detailed and accurate medical history for patient files;
- assist the front desk team as needed.

Qualifications





- Successful completion of Ontario Secondary School diploma or equivalent as recognized in the province of Ontario
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to function independently as well as in collaboration with a team
- Ability to work accurately at a fast pace in a dynamic environment
- Solid customer service focus
- Demonstrated excellent organizational skills and flexibility
- Ophthalmology/optometry or medical experience : 1 year (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
