JLevel II Dental Assistant – Pediatric Dentistry

We are looking for a caring, energetic, and reliable Certified Level II Dental Assistant to join our growing pediatric dental team!

Position

Level II Dental Assistant
Part-Time

Responsibilities

- Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after each appointment.
- Sterilize and maintain instruments according to infection prevention protocols.
- Take digital radiographs.
- Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-operative instructions.
- Ensure operatories remain clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Maintain accurate clinical records in Open Dental.
- Work collaboratively with dentists, hygienists, and the administrative team.
- Help create a fun, welcoming, and positive environment for every child.

Qualifications

- Certified Level II Dental Assistant (HARP Certified).
- CPR Certification (current).




- Experience in pediatric dentistry is an asset but not required.
- Nitrous Oxide Monitoring Certification is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong team-player mentality.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, organized, and dependable with excellent attendance.
