Scale Health is expanding its national network of virtual physiotherapists and is looking for registered physiotherapists across Canada to provide high-quality virtual care to patients referred through our growing network of health and wellness partners.

About Scale Health

Scale Health is building a national virtual healthcare network that connects patients with high-quality physiotherapists through partnerships with leading health, wellness, and consumer brands.

Our hybrid virtual and in-person physiotherapy model is already successfully operating in Ontario, and we are now expanding into additional provinces through partnerships with independent physiotherapists and clinics.

How The Partnership Works

Scale Health acts as the patient acquisition and scheduling platform.





We provide:

- Patient referrals through our brand partnerships.
- Appointment booking.
- Payment collection.
- Virtual appointment links.
- Administrative support before the appointment.

The treating physiotherapist remains responsible for managing the patient's clinical care.

You will:

- Complete virtual physiotherapy assessments and follow-up appointments.
- Create personalized treatment plans based on patient goals.
- Manage the patient within your own practice systems.
- Complete your own intake, consent, and clinical documentation.
- Maintain patient records within your own EMR system (such as Jane App or equivalent).
- Provide receipts directly from your own practice.

You are the treating healthcare provider. The patient record, documentation, and clinical relationship remain within your own practice.

What You Need

To participate, you must:

- Be a registered physiotherapist in good standing within your province.
- Have your own clinical documentation system/EMR (such as Jane App or equivalent), or be prepared to establish one.
- Maintain your own professional practice requirements, including documentation, consent, privacy, and regulatory obligations.
- Be comfortable providing virtual physiotherapy care.

Compensation

- Earn $50/hour for virtual physiotherapy appointments.




- Flexible scheduling based on your availability.
- Opportunity to build a recurring virtual caseload.
- Opportunity to transition appropriate patients into in-person care if you operate a physical clinic.
