Position Overview

We are looking for experienced and professional Truck Drivers to join our growing fleet. Drivers must be capable of running Canada and USA wide routes, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and professionalism. Solo drivers must be willing to drive in a team environment. This position is ideal for drivers who take pride in their work and want to be part of a company that values reliability, compliance, and respect.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate tractor-trailers safely across Canada and the United States.
- Transport freight efficiently while ensuring compliance with all federal, provincial/state, and cross-border regulations.
- Complete pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of vehicles and report defects.
- Maintain accurate logbooks and required documentation (ELD, border paperwork, customs documentation, etc.).
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding schedules, delays, or incidents.
- Ensure the secure loading and unloading of freight.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills

- Teams - Minimum 2 years of verifiable truck driving experience in both Canada and the USA.
- Singles - Minimum 3 years of verifiable truck driving experience in both Canada and the USA
- Valid Class 1/AZ driver’s license (or provincial equivalent).
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
- Experience with long-haul,



cross-border operations.
- Ability to operate ELD and complete required paperwork accurately.
- Strong knowledge of Hours of Service (HOS) regulations in Canada and the USA.
- Ability to drive in all weather conditions and across varied terrains.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with a professional attitude; team drivers accepted and encouraged.
- US Visa preferred not manditory

Working Conditions

- Long-haul runs across Canada and the USA, including overnight and extended trips.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Exposure to varying climates, road conditions, and long driving hours.
- Must be able to work on payroll - NO Corporation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

- Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

- Commercial driving: 2 years (required)
