How we work differently:

- AI & automation-first mindset — we actively adopt tools that reduce charting, paperwork, and inbox overload. we are interested in Scribe AI, receptionist AI and Inbox monitoring tools.
- We are interested in hiring a shared clinical assistant (Not included in the current overhead)— dedicated support for injections, well-baby visits, vitals, and triage, so your time goes where it matters most
- Oscar Pro EMR with Ocean integration — e-referrals, online booking, and kiosk check-in




- Full billing support — OHIP submissions, error checking, rejection management, and billing code optimization to maximize your earnings

The practical details:

- Flexible practice model: walk-in, rostered family practice, or a blend — your choice
- 22.5% overhead, with your first 6 months at 0% while you build your practice
- Modern, fully equipped clinic in a multidisciplinary medical building — cardiology, pain clinic, and pharmacy on-site for seamless referrals
- Flexible scheduling and a collaborative, physician-run culture
