Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Restaurant Store Manager to lead day to day operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who understands restaurant operations, leads by example, and is passionate about growing sales, improving systems, and running a profitable, well-organized restaurant.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overall store performance, team leadership, cost control, and customer experience while working closely with head office to meet operational and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth, efficient service
- Hire, train, coach, and motivate team members to maintain high performance
- Create and manage staff schedules to meet business needs and control labour costs
- Monitor and control food costs, labour costs, and inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
- Handle in store customer concerns professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Analyze store performance and implement improvements to drive sales and efficiency




- Review P&L; statements and operate the restaurant to achieve maximum profitability
- Work collaboratively with ownership and head office on operational initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of store or restaurant management experience
- 5+ years of experience in the restaurant industry
- Proven experience in hiring, training, and motivating teams
- Strong ability to manage food cost and labour cost
- Experience with staff scheduling and inventory management
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
- Strong command of English, both verbal and written
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Solid understanding of P&L; statements and financial performance
