Job Summary

We're looking for a friendly, confident, and professional person to represent businesses at networking events throughout Calgary.

This is a flexible, part time position with occasional weekday morning events. Each event may involve representing a different business, learning about its services, introducing the business to other professionals, building relationships, collecting potential leads, and providing a brief summary after the event.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, communicating professionally, and becoming an active part of Calgary's business community.

Responsibilities

- Attend business networking events throughout Calgary.
- Professionally represent different businesses at local networking events.
- Learn the basics of each business before attending an event.
- Introduce the business and engage in meaningful conversations with business owners and professionals.




- Build relationships and identify potential business opportunities.
- Collect contact information and record key conversation notes.
- Provide a brief event summary and recommendations after each event.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and qualified personality.
- Comfortable speaking with new people and representing different businesses.
- Reliable transportation within Calgary.
- Strong ability to quickly learn about a business and communicate its value.
- Previous experience in networking, customer service, marketing, hospitality, or sales is an asset but not required.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
