We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Bathroom Renovation Labourer to join our renovation team. The successful candidate will assist with demolition, material handling, site preparation, cleanup, and general labour duties while supporting skilled tradespeople in completing residential and commercial bathroom renovation projects. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in the construction and renovation industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform demolition of existing bathroom fixtures, flooring, walls, and cabinetry.

- Prepare work areas by protecting surrounding surfaces and setting up job sites.

- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.

- Remove construction debris and maintain a clean and organized worksite.

- Assist carpenters, plumbers, electricians, tilers, and other trades as required.

- Measure, cut, and install basic building materials under supervision.

- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.





- Follow project schedules and complete assigned tasks efficiently.

- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.

- Report safety concerns, damaged equipment, or material shortages to the supervisor.

- Perform other general labour duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

- Previous experience in construction, renovations, or general labour is an asset but not required.

- Willingness to learn and work in a physically demanding environment.

- Ability to use basic hand and power tools.

- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

- Valuable physical stamina with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
