We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Assistant/ Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should show initiative, flexibility in their position with empathy towards patient, integrity with infection control and X-ray safety and help front desk.
Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments, confirm patient visits, and manage the appointment calendar efficiently.
- Process patient payments, insurance claims, and manage billing inquiries.
- Assist dental procedures and help sterilization station.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and address any patient concerns promptly.
License or certification:
CDA (preferred)
HARP approved certificate
Speaking in Chinese (Preferred)
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Licence/Certification:
- Certified Dental Assistant (preferred)
Work Location: In person
Pay: $19.30-$31.99 per hour
