Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Mechanic Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in delivering exceptional mechanical service and ensuring the optimal operation of our equipment and machinery. In this role, you will oversee daily repair activities, coordinate maintenance schedules, and mentor technicians to uphold safety standards and technical excellence. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining a safe, efficient, and reliable work workplace, driving continuous improvement across all mechanical operations.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team, ensuring timely completion of repairs and preventive maintenance tasks
- Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot mechanical issues using a variety of hand tools and power tools to identify root causes accurately
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safety-first culture
- Plan and prioritize maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability
- Train and mentor technicians on proper use of tools, safety procedures, and technical best practices
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, parts inventory,



and maintenance logs for accountability and reporting purposes
- Collaborate with management to develop continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing mechanical efficiency and safety standards

Experience

- Proven experience in mechanical repair or maintenance within industrial or manufacturing environments
- Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervisory or team lead roles in a mechanical setting
- Strong mechanical knowledge across various systems and machinery components
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for troubleshooting and repairs
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train others clearly and professionally
