We are seeking a motivated and dependable Part Time Professional Driver to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers and their luggage, ensuring prompt pick up/ drop off schedules and providing excellent customer service. This position offers a fixed Saturday only schedule perfect for individuals that want to supplement other income and who enjoy driving and engaging with people while maintaining high safety standards. Your dedication will help us deliver exceptional service and uphold our reputation for reliability and professionalism on our popular West Kootenay to Kelowna and return passenger shuttle service. Applicants must reside in Trail/ Warfield or Rossland

Duties - Saturday only schedule

- Safely operate 14 Passenger commercial vehicles to transport passengers from the West Kootenays to Kelowna and return.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations
- Load and unload passenger luggage of up to 50 pounds and ensuring proper handling and securement
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members




- Maintain accurate records of trips and vehicle maintenance logs
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during every journey
- Provide friendly, professional customer service by assisting passengers with their needs and inquiries

Skills

- Proven experience in commercial driving in all weather conditions with a class 1,2 or 4 unrestricted license, clean driver abstract, criminal record check,
- Robust customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with passengers
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective coordination
- Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and vehicle maintenance procedures
- Reliable punctuality and a responsible attitude towards safety and timeliness
