Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educator to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities

- implement, and evaluate engaging educational activities tailored to children's developmental stages and individual needs.
- Foster a safe and loving classroom environment that promotes positive behavior, respect, and cooperation among children.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to support each child's growth and address any special needs or disabilities.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and developmental milestones using computer-based systems.
- Communicate effectively with children using strong language skills in English.
- Support children with special education requirements by adapting activities and providing individualized assistance.
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and organizational policies at all times.

Skills





- Proficiency in English; bilingual skills in French are highly desirable to support diverse communities.
- Extensive knowledge of childcare principles, early childhood education practices, and classroom management techniques.
- Experience working with children across various age groups and with individuals who have disabilities or special needs.
- Strong teaching abilities combined with excellent communication skills for engaging children and collaborating with families.
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently within a busy classroom setting.
- Competent in computer operation and using educational software for record keeping and lesson planning.
- Effective time management skills to balance planning, supervision, and documentation tasks while maintaining a lively classroom atmosphere.
- Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in children and foster teamwork among staff members.

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
