If so, we’d love to have you on our team at Boost Physiotherapy! We are looking to fill a full-time Client Care Coordinator position at our Meadows location.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism (you’ll be the friendly face they remember!)
- Answering calls, scheduling appointments, and keeping our days running smoothly
- Managing payments and insurance paperwork with accuracy and care
- General tasks such as laundry, tidying, inventory, etc.
- Adding a dose of positivity and energy to our clinic environment

What We’re Looking For:

- Monday - Friday, evening hours coverage
- Someone with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- A people-person who enjoys building rapport with clients and colleagues
- Solid communication skills and a knack for problem-solving
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Bonus points if you have experience in healthcare or customer service—but what matters most is your positive attitude and willingness to learn!

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
