Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Production Line Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will work on the efficient, high-quality manufacturing line of our vehicle mechatronics systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, as well as hands-on experience with robotics systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Assemble, install or package products according to work instructions, specifications and quality standards
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines at all times
- Meet daily production quotas while maintaining quality standards
- Inspect materials, components, and finished products for defects or irregularities
- Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazards
- Accurately record production data, materials used, and output counts
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as required
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

- High School Diploma
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing role in a quick-paced environment, preferably in the automotive, robotics, or electric vehicle industry




- Familiarity with pneumatic production line assembly tools
- Ability to read and use measuring tools such as tape measurers, rulers, calipers, or gauges
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Willingness to learn new assembly processes and rotate between workstations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs (11 to 23 kg), stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and ability to work within a team
- Dependable attendance and punctuality

- Mandatory use of required personal protective equipment including safety glasses, and steel-toe footwear. Gloves and hearing protection may also be required depending on the task
