Overview

We are seeking a proactive and versatile General Handyman to join my team to do some residential renovations including flooring, painting, drywall patching, silicon sealant, replacing minor light fixtures, and general carpentry stuff. I will offer profit sharing based on the work performance. This will be on-call basis based on the work and you can choose flexible schedules.

Duties

- Perform general repairs including minor carpentry, plumbing, painting, flooring and mechanical tasks
- Assist with loading and offloading of materials
- Understand basic safety and worksite skills
- Ability to understand the sketches and perform tape measurements and general site tools
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and conducting regular safety checks
- Provide excellent customer service to internal teams by responding promptly to maintenance requests

Skills

- Experience working in a construction setting in residential and commercial projects




- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings
- Ability to perform work using hand and battery operated tools
- Excellent communication skills in English for explicit reporting and teamwork
- Ability to work in a team

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
