We only bring on individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently with minimal supervision.

What You'll Do

- Operate pressure washers, blowers, and sprayers
- Prepare and wash residential driveways
- Follow a clear, step-by-step system to deliver high-quality finishes
- Work independently and communicate with our sealing crew to complete jobs on time
- Represent the company with professionalism on-site

We’re Looking For People Who:

- Have hands-on experience in outdoor labour (required)
- Can work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Are punctual, organized, and quick to adapt to on-site changes
- Are comfortable working alone on job sites
- Self-starters who show initiative and work well independently
- Understand the value of high standards and team accountability
- Are comfortable lifting, bending, and moving equipment throughout the day




- Are willing to transport provided equipment and cleaning solutions in their own vehicle
- Have a valid driver's license and their own vehicle

Pay & Perks

- Starting at $20 per hour
- Seasonal, full-time hours from May through October
