Press Brake Operator / Fabricator

We are looking for an experienced, motivated Press Brake Operator to become a key member of our growing team.

You'll be operating a TRUMPF CNC hydraulic press brake while working alongside a team that builds everything from custom truck decks and picker trucks to high-end barbecue trailers and specialized oilfield equipment.

What You'll Be Doing

- Set up and operate a TRUMPF CNC hydraulic press brake
- Read and interpret drawings and bend schedules
- Produce high-quality parts with close tolerances
- Bend aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel
- Work with material ranging from 14-gauge sheet metal to ½-inch plate
- Assist with fabrication and shop projects when brake work is caught up
- Help improve production processes and shop efficiency
- Work closely with our engineering and fabrication teams
- Preform routine maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration
- Conduct Quality Inspections throughout the production process

What We're Looking For

- Experience operating CNC hydraulic press brakes (TRUMPF experience is a major asset)
- Comfortable working with modern automated bending software
- Strong understanding of bend allowances, tooling selection, and sequencing
- Experience working with aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Pride in producing quality work

- Knowledge of blueprint reading and basis math skills
- Experience with Cranes and Forklifts for material handling

This position has the potential to become a leadership role where you'll help train and mentor future press brake operators and play a key part in developing our fabrication department.
