Position: Precast Production Team Member
Location: Brand-New Facility (est. 2022)

This is a full-time role, Monday–Friday with an immediate start date for the right candidate.

What You’ll Be Doing

Every day brings something new, but your main responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and setting up concrete molds for daily production
- Handling and preparing reinforcement steel
- Pouring, finishing, and stripping precast products
- Yard work and general hands-on duties
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Using hand tools and working with measuring specifications

(If you’ve got overhead crane experience—awesome! If not, no worries, we’ll train you.)

What We’re Looking For

- Reliable, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
- Comfortable with physically demanding work (kneeling, bending, lifting heavy materials)
- Able to work well in a team with strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and good work ethic—because we believe that goes a long way!

- Mon–Thurs: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Fri: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
