Jordan’s, a leading Western Canadian flooring and home interiors company with over 96 years of industry success, is proud to remain family owned and operated. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven and experienced Division Manager to lead our Edmonton flooring division.

About the Role

The Division Manager (Edmonton) will oversee all retail operations, manage flooring sales teams, and actively develop new restoration and commercial business opportunities. This position is ideal for someone with a proven background in retail leadership, customer service, and outside sales who is ready to take ownership of a growing division.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Operations & Team Leadership

- Oversee day-to-day retail store operations
- Lead, train, and motivate the retail flooring sales team
- Ensure exceptional customer service and a high-quality showroom experience
- Maintain merchandising standards and product knowledge

Retail Flooring Sales Management

- Drive retail sales performance and achieve monthly and annual targets
- Implement sales strategies to increase residential flooring market share
- Monitor sales trends, product performance, and customer feedback




- Support complex sales and foster long-term customer relationships

Restoration & Commercial Business Development

- Actively prospect and secure new restoration clients and commercial accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, property managers, and industry partners
- Prepare proposals and collaborate on estimates for commercial projects
- Represent Jordan’s at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions

Qualifications

- 3–5+ years of leadership experience in retail, flooring, construction, or related industries
- Demonstrated success in sales management and business development
- Robust understanding of flooring products (hardwood, laminate, vinyl, carpet, tile) is an asset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
