We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Massage Therapist to join our growing team. With more than 40,000 clients and 27 practitioners, Sparsh offers an excellent environment for an RMT looking to build a strong, sustainable practice while working alongside experienced healthcare professionals.

Your role

As an RMT at Sparsh Wellness Retreat, you will:

- Assess clients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver safe, effective, and client-centred massage therapy
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Educate clients about treatment, recovery, self-care, and injury prevention
- Collaborate with other practitioners when multidisciplinary care would benefit the client
- Maintain a clean, professional,



and welcoming treatment environment
- Follow all applicable professional, ethical, and regulatory standards
- Contribute positively to our respectful and collaborative clinic culture

What we are looking for

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of British Columbia, or eligible for registration
- Valid professional liability insurance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and client-centred approach
- Commitment to accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Genuine interest in building a stable, long-term practice
