Duties

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness, organization, and sanitation to uphold health standards
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and create a positive dining experience for all guests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders,
serving times, and special requests efficiently
Skills
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or food service environment
- Solid knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen operations
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Leadership abilities to motivate and guide team members effectively
- Familiarity with food safety standards and food handling protocols
- Experience in restaurant management or hospitality roles preferred
- Barista experience or knowledge of beverage preparation is a plus
