Duties

- Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires with precision and care, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
- Perform oil changes, fluid top-offs, filter replacements, and other basic maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify mechanical issues and recommend necessary repairs or services.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete repairs and maintenance tasks accurately.
- Assist customers by explaining services performed, answering questions, and providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.




- Support the sales team by promoting additional services or products that benefit the customer’s vehicle health.

Skills

- Previous dealership experience or automotive mechanic background is highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, tires, and lubrication processes.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
- Ability to lift heavy tires and equipment safely during daily tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and routine maintenance practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
