We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a in the food industry at our Spruce Grove location. As a Early Morning Baker/Decorator you will be responsible for baking, cooking, food preparation, packaging, decorating, and providing excellent customer service. If you have a love for the kitchen, enjoy creating delicious treats, and have a strong attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

- Bake a variety of goods.

- Shifts start at 5am until 10am during the week and weekends - minimum of 10 hours per week. (2-3 shifts per week)

- Prepare ingredients for recipes and follow established recipes accurately

- Cook and assemble menu items according to customer orders

- Package finished products for display or delivery

- Decorate with precision and creativity

- Work the front end which includes making coffee/drinks and packaging customer orders

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area

- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and offering product recommendations

Requirements:





- Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is preferred

- Knowledge of baking techniques and cake decorating is highly desirable

- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality products are produced

- Ability to work in a quick-paced setting while maintaining accuracy

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide outstanding customer service

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Willingness to work at our Spruce location as needed
