Gazer Monitoring Inc. provides live video monitoring and remote security services to commercial and residential properties across Canada. Our solutions include live operator monitoring, AI-assisted detection, virtual patrols, voice intervention, gate and intercom support, visitor and driver verification, and incident reporting.

We help truck yards, construction sites, residential communities, warehouses, industrial facilities, auto dealerships, hotels, parking areas, and other properties improve security while reducing their reliance on traditional on-site guarding.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to develop new business throughout Ontario. You will meet with property owners, managers, and decision-makers, assess their security needs, and recommend monitoring solutions that fit their operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, visiting customer locations, and managing the complete sales process—from the first conversation to a signed agreement.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue current business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, field visits, and local prospecting
- Develop relationships with property owners, operations managers, security managers, facility managers, and other decision-makers
- Visit potential customer sites and conduct initial security-needs assessments
- Present Gazer Monitoring’s services clearly and professionally
- Prepare proposals, follow up with prospects, negotiate terms, and close new business
- Maintain an accurate and organized sales pipeline
- Coordinate with the operations team to support smooth customer onboarding
- Build relationships with camera installers, security integrators, property managers, and other referral partners
- Represent Gazer Monitoring Inc. at networking events, trade shows,



and industry meetings
- Achieve agreed-upon sales and revenue targets
- Provide regular updates on prospecting activity, pipeline progress, and market feedback

Qualifications

- Previous outside sales, business development, or B2B sales experience
- Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Confident communicating with business owners and senior decision-makers
- Self-motivated, organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently
- Able to understand customer challenges and recommend practical solutions
- Comfortable using CRM software, email, phone, and digital sales tools
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable access to a vehicle for customer visits
- Ability to travel within the assigned Ontario territory
- Experience in security services, video surveillance, access control, property management, logistics, construction, or a related industry is an asset
