104.5 More Country and StrathmoreNow are seeking a motivated, goal-oriented individual to join the Strathmore team as a Junior Sales Representative (internally known as an Account Manager). If you’re energized by people, eager to learn, and passionate about your community - this might be your next big step.

What You’ll Do

As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll work with new business clients to:

- Prospect for new business through outbound calling and local outreach
- Act as a first point of contact to identify potential client needs
- Sell advertising packages including station promotions
- Partner with Account Managers to hand over recent clients after the initial sale, ensuring a smooth transition and long-term success
- Coordinate with our support teams to deliver on your clients’ orders
- Use our sales planning tools to track outreach and progress toward targets
- Meet performance goals based on outreach and package sales
- Occasionally participate in client meetings
