Responsibilities:

- Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage salon staff, fostering a positive work culture
- Oversee appointment scheduling, ensuring optimal staff coverage
- Maintain exceptional client service standards and address feedback
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and loyalty programs
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships
- Track KPIs, analyze financial reports, and set business growth goals
- Styling clients, providing beautiful blowouts and updos

Qualifications:

- Previous salon or retail management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of budgeting, sales, and marketing strategies
- Proficiency with salon management software
- 2+ years managing a salon




- Ability to promote additional salon services or products to enhance the client's experience
- Retail sales skills: Experience in educating, recommending and selling hair care products to clients
- Have a warm, kind and friendly attitude to make our customers comfortable and confident

Schedule:

- Weekdays, Weekdays
- on call for special occasions (blo on the go service)
- ability to travel for blo on the go services
