Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, food handling, and food preparation zones
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food presentation and timely service
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support efficient restaurant operations
- Manage guest inquiries professionally, providing exceptional customer service at all times




- Follow food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment
- Support team members during busy periods by managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is highly desirable
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting through excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and basic math for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience
- Basic kitchen experience or food preparation skills are advantageous but not required
- Commitment to food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
