Job Summary

Rare Marketing Agency is looking for a motivated and confident Sales Representative to help grow our client base.

The role is focused on sales, prospecting, following up with leads, booking meetings, and closing new business. You will be speaking directly with business owners across different industries and introducing them to our marketing, advertising, content creation, videography, and business growth services.

We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, communicates professionally, and is motivated by commission, bonuses, and performance.

Compensation

- $20/hour base pay

Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with new and existing leads
- Prospect businesses through cold calling, email, social media, and other outreach methods
- Respond to inbound inquiries from potential clients
- Introduce prospects to Rare Agency services
- Understand a prospect's business needs and recommend the appropriate service
- Book sales meetings and consultations
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects
- Close new clients
- Maintain accurate lead statuses and notes inside our CRM
- Re-engage older leads and opportunities
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
- Work closely with the team to improve sales scripts, offers, and outreach strategies

- Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting
- Persuasive without sounding overly scripted or aggressive




- Professional when communicating with business owners
- Organized with strong follow-up skills
- Motivated by targets, commission, and bonuses
- Comfortable handling objections and rejection
- Able to learn our services and explain them clearly
- Reliable and consistent
- Comfortable working both independently from home and collaboratively in the office
- Hungry to grow and improve their sales skills

Previous sales experience is an asset, but attitude, communication skills, confidence, consistency, and work ethic are extremely important to us.
