North Fort Security is actively recruiting licensed security guards for an upcoming federal government construction site security contract in Ottawa.

About the Role
As a Security Guard you will be responsible for access control, perimeter patrol, incident reporting, visitor processing, and maintaining a safe and secure construction site setting. You will operate under the direction of a Site Security Manager and adhere to strict post orders and reporting requirements.

Requirements

- Valid PSISA Security Guard License (Ontario).
- Must be eligible to obtain a Government of Canada Reliability Status security clearance. Canadian citizenship or permanent residency required.
- Clean criminal record.
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.




- Steel-toed boots and ability to meet PPE requirements on an active construction site.

What to Expect
Successful candidates will be asked to sign a Letter of Intent confirming availability and commitment to join the North Fort Security team upon contract award, anticipated for late August 2026. Employment would commence November 2026.
