The Fox and Hound Canine Retreat currently has openings for LARGE DOG HANDLERS.

Do you have large animal experience? Have you lived on a a farm? Have you worked with Cattle? Did your parents show, breed or groom dogs? Perhaps you are simply an extremely hardworking, self motivated person who is willing to put in the time to learn a new passion? If so, than we want to hear from you!

We are looking for mature, strong bodied, hard working individuals to add to our ever growing team. You must be capable of being on your feet all day-in all weather conditions, be a team player, view your job as a lifestyle not just a paycheque, and be able to go with the flow.

You will be responsible for:

- Interacting with the dogs-Ensuring their safety and wellbeing
- Cleaning up after dogs-You must have a strong constitution. Cleaning is 80% of how our day is spent!
- Acting as part of a team-Able to take direction as well as take initiative
- Organizing-You must have a great memory
- Interacting with pet parents in a friendly manner-It's not just about dogs with us!
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions

This job is far more than just 'petting the puppies', but who are we kidding,



that is one of the best perks! Onsite training provided; large animal experience preferred; instinctual animal handling abilities a must.

This is a full time position which includes weekends and holidays. Dogs and their owners are our #1 priority. We are open so that our pet parents can enjoy their vacations-365 days a year.

Being located between Sarnia and Bright's Grove, personal transportation is required.
