## Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate Fitness Instructor to join our Fitness & Wellness Club. The Fitness Instructor will be responsible for leading fitness classes (BARRE in particular), educating participants on proper exercise techniques, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about promoting health and wellness through physical activity. Preference to people with experience teaching bootcamp, barre, & pilates class styles.
## Duties:
- Lead engaging fitness classes tailored to meet the needs of participants - ideally someone who is trained in Pilates & Barre
- Demonstrate and educate participants on correct exercise form and techniques
- Provide personalized guidance and support to help individuals achieve their fitness goals
- Ensure the safety of all participants during classes
- Maintain a clean and organized workout workplace
- Collaborate with other fitness staff to create a motivating and inclusive atmosphere
## Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with participants
- Leadership abilities to inspire and motivate individuals towards their fitness goals
-Training in Barre & Pilates is an asset
-First Aid & CPR
- Excellent time management skills to effectively plan and conduct fitness classes
- Ability to educate and communicate fitness concepts clearly
