At The Heart of Bragg Creek, we believe that great food and genuine hospitality can nourish a whole community. Our plant-based café is a welcoming gathering place — and we're looking for a warm, passionate barista / food service team member to help it thrive.

We're hiring two part-time team members to join our plant-based café in Bragg Creek. If you love coffee, connect easily with people, and want to work somewhere friendly and fast-paced, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other menu items to our quality standards
- Prep and assemble food items — baked goods, tartines, bowls, and other menu staples — following our recipes and quality standards
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately, in person and at the register
- Keep the espresso bar, dining area, and workstations clean and organized
- Handle cash and card transactions




- Restock supplies and help with opening/closing duties
- Work as part of a small team during busy rushes

What We're Looking For

- Some barista and/or food prep experience preferred (not required, but a plus)
- Comfortable following recipes and food safety basics
- Friendly, reliable, and punctual
- Comfortable on your feet during busy shifts
- Available for a mix of mornings, afternoons, weekends, and/or evenings (let us know your availability)
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
