Duties

- Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills in sales, merchandising, and customer engagement.
- Manage payroll, scheduling, and administrative tasks to maintain operational efficiency.
- Oversee merchandising strategies, pricing accuracy, and inventory purchasing to maximize sales opportunities.
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, cash handling, and sales reporting with precision.
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to boost store visibility and sales performance.




- Monitor sales performance metrics, conduct regular team meetings, and provide coaching to meet or exceed targets.

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in retail or related customer-focused environments.
- Strong skills in negotiation, sales management, and team leadership.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Experience with recruiting, training & development programs, and payroll management.
- Familiarity with merchandising techniques, pricing strategies, POS systems, and purchasing processes.
- Demonstrated ability in cash handling, bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication skills paired with strong organizational abilities; capable of managing time efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $24.60-$25.43 per hour
