Position

As a Motor Licensing Issuer, you are the face of Cornerstone Insurance and play a vital role in guiding new and existing clients through the motor licensing experience – from start to finish and everything in between.

You will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service while processing SGI motor licensing transactions, advising clients on plates and registrations, responding to phone and email inquiries, managing payments, and supporting efficient office workflows. This role also provides overflow reception support and contributes to maintaining a welcoming, qualified office environment.

The ability to stay organized, composed, and flexible will ensure clients feel supported, confident, and well cared for throughout their experience with Cornerstone.
