Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and attentive service throughout their visit
- Oversee the karaoke experience, assisting guests with song selections and ensuring equipment functions properly
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering and balancing registers at shift’s end
- Maintain a clean, organized bar area in compliance with sanitation and food handling regulations




- Candidates will be expected to perform easy kitchen work, such as frying and other light cooking task
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and guest satisfaction
- Monitor guest feedback and resolve any issues swiftly to uphold excellent guest services and hospitality standardsExperience

Requirements

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not necessary
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and basic math for cash handling and transactions
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles that emphasize guest services and upselling techniques
- Being fluent in English and Chinese is a bonus
- Ability to work flexible hours (4:30 PM - 2:30 AM), including evenings, weekends
