Our company is seeking reliable, dedicated individuals to join our team of Customer Service Representatives. Responsibilities include helping customers select flowers,. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for pick up. Solve supply problems, quality issues etc. Our ideal candidates must be professional, motivated coworkers who are committed to resolving customer issues, and who can demonstrate a history of handling customer service issues effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional, efficient and courteous manner in order to resolve issues and answer questions in compliance with the company's policies and procedures and in line with the company's brand values.
- Provide customers with product or service information.




- Answer phone calls or respond to emails from customers.
- Provide customers with information on products or services when required.
- Learn all aspects of the product or service in order to answer customer questions.
- Help customers quickly by directing them to the appropriate departments when necessary.

Work hours: M-F 8am to 4pm

Job Type: Full time

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
