Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Handy Man to join our facilities maintenance team. This role involves performing a variety of repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks. The Handy Man will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of our facilities while providing excellent customer service to internal teams.

Responsibilities

- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities
- Perform repairs involving basic plumbing, carpentry as directed by supervisor
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and facility protocols during all maintenance activities
- Assist in facilities upgrades, installations, and modifications as required
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally

Qualifications

- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or construction




- Mechanical knowledge related to preventive maintenance
- Excellent communication skills in English for transparent documentation and team coordination
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork
- Prior experience is advantageous

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
